Instrumentation Technician – Maintenance (Tizi-Ouzou)

About the role

The company is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join its maintenance team at the Freha factory in Tizi‑Ouzou. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment, utilities and facility assets through systematic maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks in line with company standards and safety procedures.
• Diagnose equipment faults, repair or replace defective components to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous operation and quality performance of production lines and related utilities.
• Apply 5S principles to keep the workplace safe, clean and efficient.
• Analyse inspection findings, propose corrective actions and implement improvement plans.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at boosting equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree in Instrumentation or a related engineering field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
