Junior Accountant – Full‑time (Hydra, Algiers)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team at Macir Vie’s headquarters in Hydra, Algiers. This full‑time, on‑site position will support daily accounting operations and contribute to the preparation of accurate financial information.
Key responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Required profile
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to manage general accounting tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
