Junior Key Account Manager – Catalyst Program

About the role

Join Givaudan’s Catalyst Program as a Junior Key Account Manager in Algiers. You will receive on‑the‑job training while contributing to the growth of our Fragrance & Beauty division, reporting to the Country Manager Algeria & Sales Manager Maghreb.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts, managing top‑ and bottom‑line performance.
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
• Monitor customer and competitor activity, maintaining up‑to‑date account information.
• Track and execute Account Plans for key accounts.
• Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations.
• Identify opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs and follow up on customer submissions.
• Transition customer projects and new wins from scale‑up to production.
• Follow KPIs versus targets (sales, gross profit, win rate) and take corrective actions when needed.
• Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, and budgets for key accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure compliance with Givaudan’s EHS and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Works under supervision and reports to the Country Manager Algeria & Sales Manager Maghreb.
• Based in Algiers, Algeria.
