Junior Proposal & Project Manager

About the role

SARL DG Algérie is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Proposal & Project Manager to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and to help coordinate and run multidisciplinary engineering projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Industrial Services sectors. The role suits someone who wants to build project management and business development skills in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, review tender documentation and specifications, and coordinate inputs from engineering and commercial teams.
• Track proposal deadlines, risks, opportunities and deliverables.
• Assist in planning, monitoring and executing engineering and industrial projects, tracking schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes and progress updates.
• Support risk management and corrective actions.
• Help identify new business opportunities, prepare client presentations and technical-commercial documentation, and keep accurate records of tenders, projects and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering, tendering, project coordination or industrial projects.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and proposal preparation.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Petrochemical or Industrial Engineering, knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6, Italian, and experience in international or multicultural settings.

What we offer

• Fixed-term contract
• Net salary of 100,000 to 150,000 DZD per month (about USD 1,000 to 1,500 gross)
