Kit and Equipment Supervisor

About the role

The Kit and Equipment Supervisor ensures that Arsenal Women FC players and staff have the right kit and equipment ready for training and match days. Working closely with the Kit and Equipment Assistant, you will manage all aspects of kit preparation, inventory, and matchday logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kit and equipment requirements for training sessions and matches.
• Manage inventory, order, organise, and distribute training and match kit to players and staff.
• Ensure compliance with competition kit regulations, including printing and selection of matchday kit.
• Provide critical matchday support by driving the kit van, preparing dressing rooms, and attending all home and away fixtures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels using club systems.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues, kit suppliers, and external partners.
• Proactively address kit needs for new personnel and respond to any issues promptly.
