Market Research Consultant (Quant/Qual)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Primary Market Research Consultant to join its team in Algeria. You will support the design, management, analysis and delivery of primary market research projects in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, working with clients, project leaders and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop questionnaires and discussion guides for quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Manage market research projects with internal IQVIA teams and external partners, keeping clients and stakeholders regularly updated.
• Develop report templates and data tabulation requirements, and review outputs from offshore teams and run preliminary analysis.
• Create client presentations and support interactive dashboards where needed.
• Run ad-hoc analyses on raw data to answer client questions.
• Build expertise in healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical markets and research methods, and share best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research.
• Proven experience designing and managing quantitative and/or qualitative research projects.
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Fluent English; French fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting or market research, familiarity with the Algerian market, and dashboarding tools.
