Marketing Manager

About the role

Tetra Pak is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Algeria or Tunisia. The role delivers an integrated customer marketing approach, including a products and services deployment plan with assigned customers, led by key account teams. It defines business opportunities from market and customer data, deploys marketing services programmes per customer, ensures the market voice reaches Cluster and Global teams, and manages promotional investment budgets. The position involves a significant amount of local and international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the Market Business Plan based on market intelligence across the value chain in priority categories
• Define, develop and deliver customer marketing initiatives aligned with the cluster growth strategy, in close collaboration with KAM teams
• Deliver marketing services for assigned customers, using materials and methodologies from the Cluster/Central organisation
• Analyse and use research data with customers, and provide input to new product and intelligence requirements
• Manage promotional investment and programmes for assigned customers

Required profile

• Minimum 10-15 years of marketing experience in a B2B or FMCG company, with people management experience and multi-cultural exposure
• Preferably as a marketing manager or leader for a relevant market within a global organisation
• Degree or MBA or equivalent in Marketing
• Good level of French and English
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
