Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Daressni is an EdTech startup focused on digital learning and exam preparation, offering structured exam prep paths, real-time performance tracking and community-driven tools on web and mobile. It is looking for a full-time, remote Marketing Specialist to grow the visibility of its platform. You will run marketing campaigns, carry out market research and support the go-to-market strategy for new features and product launches, working closely with product and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email and content
• Carry out market research on trends, user behaviour and the competitive landscape
• Work with product and sales teams to support user acquisition and engagement goals
• Create content and manage social media and community engagement to build brand awareness
• Coordinate promotional events and customer-facing initiatives
• Track and analyse campaign performance and use data to optimise results

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in Arabic and/or French (Algiers market); English is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and able to work cross-functionally
