Medical Representative - Alger

About the role

El Kendi, part of MS Pharma, is looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Representative based in Algiers to promote its products to healthcare professionals. The role is central to expanding the business by building strong relationships with doctors, specialists and pharmacists.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors and specialists according to a defined schedule.
• Maintain continuous communication with healthcare professionals to meet their expectations on the quality of products and services.
• Implement action plans, monitor results and analyse the market and competitors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and medical policies on promotional materials and product packaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, or MD, DVM, PharmD or DMD/DDS.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical thinking, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork, integrity and flexibility.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and pathology-related products.
• Knowledge of customer portfolio management.
