Medical Scientific Liaison

About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) will spend the majority of time in the field, acting as a conduit for medical information and customer insights. The role supports HCPs with Pfizer‑approved content and gathers valuable feedback for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific and therapeutic information to healthcare professionals in compliance with Pfizer guidance.
• Execute medical strategy and field tactics, coordinating with cross‑functional colleagues.
• Deliver approved medical content and presentations on Pfizer medicines and disease states.
• Identify and engage with assigned customers, sharing insights and fostering collaborations.
• Manage multiple field‑based projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure patient‑centric communication.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (medical or commercial).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical codes, policies and local regulations.
• Ability to work within a matrixed, multi‑disciplinary team and adapt to changing environments.
