Medical Supervisor – National (Algeria)

About the role

BIONNEX, an international dermocosmetic company, is expanding its presence in Algeria and seeks a dynamic National Medical Supervisor. The role will lead Medical Affairs activities, ensure scientific excellence, and act as the primary scientific liaison with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify medical opportunities, emerging trends, and build relationships with KOLs.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Medical Representative team, setting KPIs and performance standards.
• Conduct field visits, coaching sessions, and ensure compliant scientific communication.
• Design and deliver scientific training for internal teams and organize CME activities, advisory boards, and congress participation.
• Monitor and report medical performance through defined KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent life‑sciences degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical supervision, preferably managing Medical Representatives.
• Background in dermatology, aesthetics, dermocosmetics or related fields is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking and high professional ethics.
