Multi Property Director of Finance

About the role

The Multi Property Director of Finance leads the financial strategy for a portfolio of hotels within the Marriott brand in Algiers. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the role ensures that financial planning, reporting and analysis support the overall business objectives of the properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for multiple hotel assets.
• Provide financial expertise to support service initiatives and maximize return on investment.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior leadership.
• Oversee accounting activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes across the multi‑property unit.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6‑10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven experience as a financial business partner within a multi‑property environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
