Online Marketing Manager

About the role

VISTRA SOCKS is hiring a full-time Online Marketing Manager in Bordj Bou Arreridj, working in a hybrid setup with part of the time from home. The role plans, runs and optimises online marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive sales across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media content and advertising, and oversee e-commerce promotions
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Collaborate with internal teams so marketing initiatives match business objectives
• Coordinate content and visuals with designers and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Report on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up to date with digital marketing and e-commerce trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong online marketing and general marketing skills
• Experience in performance marketing: managing paid campaigns, analysing ROI and optimising budgets
• Hands-on e-commerce experience, online merchandising and conversion optimisation
• Ability to interpret analytics such as Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions
• Solid written and verbal communication in English; French or Arabic is an advantage
• Organised and able to manage several campaigns and deadlines in a hybrid setting
• Prior experience in fashion, apparel or retail is beneficial
