About the role

Biopharm is seeking a Junior Operator to join its pharmaceutical production site in Oued Smar, Algeria. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product flow, and supporting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Organise activity to run equipment, including start‑up, parameter entry and shutdown.
Manage material flows: supply, store, label and organise items and products.
Perform in‑process controls and record results.
Carry out chain and zone cleaning, as well as cleaning of formats and equipment.
Apply hygiene, GMP and safety rules, wear required PPE and follow SOPs.
Alert supervisors to any deviations or anomalies.
Complete self‑training and habilitation documentation.

Required profile

Technician or higher technician in industrial maintenance, electronics, electromechanics, automation, refrigeration or air‑conditioning.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
