Outside Sales Services Representative – South Region

About the role

The Outside Sales Services Representative for the South region will promote and sell Schneider Electric’s technical services and turnkey projects to industrial customers across Ouargla, Hassi R'Mel and Hassi Messaoud. You will act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, identifying service needs, preparing proposals and closing contracts to achieve profitable sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to grow service sales and digital offers.
• Identify prospects, conduct needs analysis and present tailored service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver field service proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by overseeing order processing, delivery and service execution.
• Use Salesforce (BFO) for pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with inside sales, business‑unit account managers and tendering teams to secure margins.
• Provide market feedback to service marketing leaders and mentor junior sales staff.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in technical or field service sales, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment, service contracts and digital service models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com (BFO) for sales funnel and account planning.
