About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, customer‑focused Intake Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will work from home, making outbound calls to existing leads and helping individuals enroll in free government meal programs.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and applicants.
- Assist individuals with enrollment for free government meal programs.
- Provide accurate information and answer questions professionally.
- Follow call scripts and intake procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and applicant information.
- Schedule follow‑ups and ensure all required data is collected.
- Communicate in English, Arabic, and/or Spanish as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish preferred.
- Comfortable making daily outbound calls.
- Good listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous call‑center, intake coordination, or customer‑support experience is a plus.
