Passenger Service Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

Swissport Algeria is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its team at Constantine Airport (CZL) as Passenger Service Agents. In this frontline position you will be the face of the airline, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe, efficient and pleasant travel experience from check‑in to boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers throughout their airport journey.
• Perform check‑in, boarding and arrival services in line with airline procedures.
• Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Assist passengers with special needs and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with operational teams to support on‑time flight operations.
• Maintain the highest safety and security standards while delivering outstanding service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with proactive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
