Pedagogical Affairs Lead

About the role

The Pedagogical Affairs Lead is responsible for ensuring the academic quality, consistency, and innovation of language and professional‑training programmes at IRACADEMY and HTC. This position bridges teachers, learners, and management to deliver smooth, student‑centred programmes aligned with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance of all programmes, launch new courses, and maintain programme documentation.
• Coordinate the academic calendar with operations and support marketing with academic content.
• Lead teacher recruitment, onboarding, database management, classroom observations, and annual training planning.
• Provide timely pedagogical support to teachers and communicate course kick‑offs.
• Monitor learner progress, handle attendance issues, administer placement and diagnostic tests, and design extracurricular activities.
• Analyse corporate training requests, prepare tailored proposals, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage international exam and accreditation processes to meet global standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Education, Applied Linguistics or a related field.
