Presales Engineer (On-site, Algiers)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Presales Engineer to join our team in Algiers. In this on-site position you will work closely with the sales organisation to translate client needs into robust technical solutions and compelling proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to gather and analyse customer requirements.
• Design and configure technical solutions across multiple platforms and environments.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support proof-of-concept deployments.
• Respond to technical queries from prospective and existing customers.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, bid responses and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless solution integration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and security best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role within IT or solutions integration.
