Procurement Manager – North West Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing for our North‑West Africa region. You will act as the primary procurement partner for regional stakeholders, ensuring compliant, commercially sound supply arrangements that align with global and regional strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse regional spend, demand, supplier capability and market conditions to identify cost‑optimization, resilience and sustainability opportunities.
• Develop and execute country‑specific sourcing plans, lead RFIs/RFPs/ITTs, and negotiate pricing, terms and service levels.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle – drafting, registration, renewal and closure – in coordination with Legal, Compliance and Finance.
• Provide timely insights on procurement trends, supplier risks and indirect sourcing opportunities.
• Support the Head of Procurement with risk anticipation and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Individual contributor with strong negotiation and cross‑functional influence skills.
• Proven experience in sourcing, bidding and contract management within a multinational environment.
• Ability to translate global strategies into actionable regional actions.
