Product Launch & Project Coordination Manager

About the role

The Product Launch & Project Coordination Manager ensures seamless collaboration between Bayer, internal cross‑functional teams, and the external regulatory partner in Algeria. The role drives project alignment, supports efficient new product launches, and oversees regulatory follow‑up activities in compliance with Algerian law.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, Medical, Quality, Legal, Finance, and global/regional teams.
• Identify internal gaps and risks, propose mitigation actions, and provide high‑level progress updates to leadership.
• Serve as the coordination lead between Bayer, the external regulatory partner, and other external stakeholders to accelerate product introductions.
• Optimize time‑to‑market by monitoring issues, removing obstacles, and facilitating decision‑making.
• Consolidate and present strategic updates for internal leadership without routine administrative tasks.
• Act as the central coordination point for regulatory activities executed by the external pharmaceutical establishment, ensuring full compliance with Algerian regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating product launches and project alignment within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
• Strong ability to work with diverse internal functions and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear, structured updates to senior leadership.
• Capacity to anticipate constraints, propose solutions, and keep launch timelines on track.
