QA/QC Inspector – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to support oil, gas, petrochemical and LNG projects across the Middle East. The role requires a strong engineering background and the ability to ensure that all work complies with international standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections and testing on project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as API, ASME, ISO, IEC and ASTM.
• Apply relevant certification procedures (CSWIP, AWS‑CWI, NACE, ASNT/PCN) during inspections.
• Support major EPC or brownfield projects in the Middle East.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or LNG projects.
• Experience on major EPC or brownfield projects in the Middle East is preferred.
• Certification in one or more of the following: CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS‑CWI (Welding), BGAS/NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 or 3, ASNT/PCN Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification (preferred).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ISO, IEC and ASTM standards.
• CSWIP 3.1 and 3.2 certification.
• AWS‑CWI welding inspection certification.
• BGAS/NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 or 3.
• ASNT/PCN Level II proficiency in Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic (MT) and Penetrant (PT) testing.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor competence.
