Quality Management Internship – QHSS/ESG Department

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking a motivated final‑year student to join its QHSS/ESG Department as a Quality Management Intern. The role offers hands‑on experience in supporting the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of ISO 9001‑compliant procedures and records.
• Support process‑improvement projects by collecting data, analysing performance metrics and suggesting corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy digital tools that enhance operational excellence.
• Participate in internal audits and help prepare audit reports.
• Contribute to the development of ESG‑related quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in digital transformation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools or other emerging digital solutions.
