About the role
We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot orders, product questions, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
- Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Calm under pressure with strong empathy.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
