French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
