About the role
We are looking for a friendly and empathetic professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
- Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias.
- Experience with Zendesk.
- Experience with Shopify.
