Responsable Contrôle de Gestion (Birtouta, Alger)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Management Control Manager to join our team in Birtouta, Algiers. The successful candidate will lead the finance and control function, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyse variances between actual results and forecasts and propose corrective actions.
• Implement relevant performance indicators for activity steering.
• Provide regular financial reporting to senior management.
• Participate in cost optimisation and financial process improvement.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure reliability of accounting and financial data.
• Supervise and support the management control team in daily tasks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Master 2, Engineering degree or equivalent) in finance, accounting or management.
• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• Rigorous, organised and responsible attitude.
• Team player with experience in cross‑functional projects.
• Good knowledge of Algerian accounting standards and regulations.
