About the role

We are launching a high‑end hair salon in Algiers and need a Salon Manager who is also an experienced Colorist. The successful candidate will become the technical reference for the establishment, shaping service standards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise hair styling and coloring services.
• Master modern coloring techniques such as balayage, highlights, toning, bleaching and color correction.
• Conduct hair diagnostics and provide personalized advice to clients.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of hairdressers.
• Help define and implement quality protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the client experience aligns with the salon’s premium positioning.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional experience in hair styling and coloring.
• Proven ability to lead a team and transfer knowledge.
• Strong service orientation, polished appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional training or diploma obtained in France is highly desired.
• Experience working in a high‑end salon, especially in France, is a strong advantage.
