Sales Agent – Passenger Services

About the role

Turkish Airlines is looking for enthusiastic Sales Agents to join its passenger services team. You will work in a fast‑paced sales office, assisting travelers with reservations, ticketing and check‑in processes while delivering the airline’s renowned hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation and booking requests, issue tickets for domestic and international flights.
• Provide fare calculations, route arrangements, schedule and fare information.
• Manage passenger operations such as check‑in, manifest preparation, endorsements, rerouting and ticket returns.
• Report and register operational income, costs and financial statistics in IT systems (SAP, ERP, DOP).

Required profile

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Permanent residence permit in the country of employment.
• At least 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, in shifts including overnight.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Team player who can also work independently and multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with DOP.
• Knowledge of a major Computer Reservations System (Troya or Quickres).
