Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Laiterie Goya, which produces milk, cheese, yogurt, butter and natural fruit juices, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist in Souk Ahras. The role manages and grows sales with existing and new customers, including retailers and distributors, through regular visits, product presentations and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
• Process orders and track sales performance against targets
• Provide product information, handle customer inquiries and issues, and coordinate with production and logistics for accurate, timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems, prepare simple sales reports and take part in sales meetings and training sessions

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with the ability to achieve targets and present dairy and juice products
• Experience or aptitude in sales management and training
• Basic knowledge of the food or FMCG sector; dairy industry experience is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Souk Ahras, manage a local sales territory and travel within the region as needed
• Solid organization and time-management skills, with attention to detail in order processing and reporting
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred
