Sales Closer - Training Programs

About the role

CDM, an international training and education center focused on bridging formal education and real-world employment, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Closer in Annaba. The Sales Closer engages prospective learners, presents the center's training programs and guides them through the enrollment process from first contact to signed agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, answer questions and concerns, and build trust with prospective participants
• Manage follow-ups to move opportunities through the pipeline
• Coordinate with customer service and administrative teams
• Ensure accurate documentation for enrollments and payment arrangements
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering a positive experience to prospective and current learners

Required profile

• Experience in sales, admissions or business development, ideally in education, training or related services
• Ability to work on-site in Annaba, manage a structured schedule and meet defined sales targets
• Relevant post-secondary education or training in sales, business, marketing or a related field is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in closing deals and converting qualified leads into enrollments
• Familiarity with escrow or payment arrangements and enrollment documentation
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic office software
