Sales & Marketing Specialist – Premium Glass Packaging

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will lead business growth for premium glass packaging solutions across Algeria and North Africa, focusing on luxury beauty, niche fragrance, and high‑end cosmetic brands. The role blends strategic business development, consultative selling, and brand positioning to serve sophisticated clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury beauty, fragrance, and upscale cosmetic manufacturers.
• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the premium beauty and fragrance sector.
• Present premium glass packaging collections, emphasizing craftsmanship, design aesthetics, and customization capabilities.
• Provide tailored consultation to help clients select or design packaging that aligns with their brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, catalogs, brochures, and digital content for luxury segments.
• Coordinate sample requests, pricing proposals, quotations, and order follow‑ups to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging design aesthetics to inform product development and sales strategy.
• Represent the company at trade shows, beauty expos, client meetings, and industry events to strengthen brand reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–15 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, perfumery, luxury packaging or glass packaging.
• Proven track record managing premium/luxury client segments.
