Sales Representative (French / Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Whizz provides e-mobility solutions for delivery drivers, offering flexible vehicle ownership and financing options. It is hiring a Sales Representative for its Remote Sales & Support team, working remotely and speaking fluent French and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
• Provide detailed information about the electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries
• Address customer concerns and objections to build trust and satisfaction
• Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients

Required profile

• Native or fluent French and Arabic speaker
• Excellent English (C1-C2 level)
• 1+ year of experience in a sales role
• High-speed internet, a personal computer and a headset
• Availability to work New York time-zone shifts (9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time)
