Sales Representative – Home & Personal Care (Algeria)

About the role

SOLEVO is seeking a Sales Representative to lead its Home and Personal Care (HHPC) chemical ingredients business across Algeria. You will be responsible for driving commercial growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for HHPC chemical ingredients, from prospecting to contract negotiation and delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand SOLEVO’s HHPC portfolio in Algeria.
• Prepare and present competitive quotations and commercial offers within agreed timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
• Assess customer creditworthiness in collaboration with the Credit Risk team and follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Execution teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Collaborate with Innovation & Application laboratories to propose technical solutions.
• Work with regional teams to implement growth initiatives and develop business cases for new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong commercial drive with a proven ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the chemical ingredients market, especially HHPC.
• Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (sales, logistics, finance).
