Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead to design, develop, and oversee production‑grade agentic AI solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding end‑to‑end implementation of large‑language‑model (LLM) based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable agentic AI platforms, including LLM integration, retrieval‑augmented generation and semantic search.
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects: design, orchestration, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain micro‑service infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Implement LiveKit voice agents with speech‑to‑text, LLM processing and text‑to‑speech capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and ensure robust performance.

Required profile

• Proven production experience building and leading LLM‑driven or agentic AI systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with LiveKit voice agents (STT, LLM, TTS) – mandatory.
• Strong background in Python development and modern AI frameworks.
• Ability to design and manage MLOps workflows and micro‑service architectures.
