Senior Airport Services Agent – Algiers (1‑Year Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Airport Services Agent to join Qatar Airways’ Outstations team in Algiers on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. The role involves delivering high‑quality passenger and baggage services in line with the airline’s commercial and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with check‑in, transfer desks and other airport areas to ensure smooth passenger acceptance.
• Assist the Airport Services Supervisor and duty officer with material handling and record keeping.
• Escort arriving and departing passengers to hotels, visa counters, transfer desks, lounges and boarding gates.
• Liaise with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) to expedite hotel and transfer passenger processing.
• Provide passengers with information on entry requirements, visas and residence permits.
• Manage mishandled baggage cases and service recovery situations.
• Perform additional duties as required to maintain efficient unit operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airport operations.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer focus and service delivery mindset.
• High level of computer literacy.
