Senior Business Analyst – ERP & Operations

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a bridge between technology teams and business operations, supporting GMS companies, new implementations, and merger activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to train and assist users across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead special projects and provide technical support to yards on phone, email, and help‑desk platforms.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Sxe ERP, MaxRecall, barcode scanners, and AvaTax.
• Design and deliver training sessions (in‑person and online).
• Implement solutions, configure barcode systems, and maintain ongoing support.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, safeguarding confidential information.
• Travel up to 50% or more as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations, distribution, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of general and advanced accounting procedures.
• Ability to problem‑solve, prioritize tasks, manage stress, and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
