Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding Algeria is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support and solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to business managers, ensuring HR practices align with local legislation and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with managers and employees on HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
• Manage complex HR issues such as legal guidance, data trend analysis, and compliance with labor legislation.
• Oversee recruitment processes, contract administration, onboarding, and expatriate documentation.
• Facilitate employee development initiatives, career planning, and performance review cycles.
• Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships and influence adoption of new HR concepts and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience covering talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and industrial relations.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead organizational change projects.
• Strong business understanding, commercial awareness, and knowledge of expatriate regulations.
