Senior Manager – Record to Report (RTR) Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Record to Report (RTR) Operations will lead global RTR functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial close, reporting, and intercompany processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global Record to Report (RTR) operations, including general ledger, month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close, reporting, intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Own the timeliness and accuracy of month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Oversee balance‑sheet substantiation and profit & loss reviews.
• Manage intercompany accounting, eliminations and related reporting.
• Drive process transformation, automation and digitisation initiatives using RPA, Blackline and AI tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end global RTR operations.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, journal entry processing and financial close cycles.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations.
