Service Sales Manager FBFA

About the role

The Service Sales Manager FBFA is responsible for developing and executing the service sales strategy and driving top‑line growth for the Service business in the FBFA region. Reporting to the General Manager Service Sales, International, the role requires deep knowledge of the FBFA healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall service sales revenue (contract and non‑contract) to meet financial commitments.
• Define and execute the sales strategy for the FBFA Service organization.
• Lead a Sales and Commercial Operations team, including inside and outside sales.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly service sales and margin targets with accurate forecasting.
• Own and drive Business Process Re‑engineering (BPR) and Long‑Term Service (LTS) initiatives.
• Optimize customer experience, service lifecycle management, and maximize installed‑base retention.
• Develop marketing strategy and content to support sales objectives.
• Partner with imaging, PCS, and ultrasound equipment leads to create value‑added service offerings.
• Collaborate with Zone Equipment & Services GMs to grow market share across FBFA.
• Identify business opportunities to increase capture rate and revenue.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the FBFA healthcare market.
• Proven track record of delivering on customer and business commitments.
• Experience managing sales teams and commercial operations.
• Strong ability to set and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
