Technical Sales Advisor – Algeria

About the role

Join Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, as a Technical Sales Advisor in Algeria. You will combine technical expertise with commercial drive to grow the business, strengthen customer partnerships, and shape the future of animal nutrition across poultry, dairy, and aquaculture. This home‑based role includes regular national travel and offers significant autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support sales of the full portfolio of feed additives and services for all animal species, focusing on poultry, dairy, and aquaculture.
• Provide high‑quality technical and commercial support to distributors, integrators, mills, and farmers.
• Organise and deliver seminars, trainings, and farm visits.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and trends.
• Manage orders end‑to‑end, including credit control, and coordinate technical, marketing, administrative, and sales support activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in animal health or nutrition, preferably in a commercial role.
• Existing network in the Algerian poultry market (strongly preferred).
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel.
