About the role
SupportYourApp is looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide first‑line assistance to customers of SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, handling inquiries via email and chat while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries related to billing, product usage, technical issues, and bugs through email and chat.
- Document and update feedback reports regularly.
- Escalate complex problems to engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Stay current with evolving tools, technologies, and best practices in customer happiness.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable personal computer (≥8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
Required skills
- Basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Experience with iOS devices.
- Experience with Android devices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
