Technical Support Specialist - Overseas After-Sales

About the role

CHANGAN Automobile, a leading Chinese car manufacturer with self-owned and joint venture brands, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist responsible for after-sales technical support in overseas markets. The role covers investigating and resolving technical issues, giving remote and field guidance to distributors, and coordinating and validating repair solutions for quality-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support in overseas markets
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Deliver remote technical guidance and support to distributors
• Deliver field technical support to distributors
• Coordinate and validate repair solutions for quality-related issues

Required profile

• Associate degree or above; automotive or related major preferred
• 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining new energy vehicle (NEV) triple-electric systems (battery, motor and electronic control)
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is a strong asset

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry and after-sales service processes
• Conversational English and strong working knowledge of standard office software
• Communication, coordination and execution skills, with a detail-oriented, responsive and accountable work ethic
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with good interpersonal and communication skills
