Technico-Commercial (H/F) – Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

Intellisolutions, a software‑solutions integrator serving engineering, construction, architecture and mechanics, is seeking a Technico‑Commercial to lead the commercial development of its services in Algiers. Reporting to the Commercial Direction, you will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to grow the client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a portfolio of B2B clients.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored software and service solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the engineering teams.
• Manage commercial opportunities through to contract signing.
• Coordinate project kick‑offs with delivery teams and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the creation of new service offerings and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in engineering, architecture, civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling technical services, projects or software solutions.
• Knowledge of BIM, 3D scanning, engineering or digital transformation is an advantage.
