Transport Solutions Sales Support – Customer Solution Responsible

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Transport Solutions Sales Support professional to act as the Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) for its transport business in Algeria. You will work closely with strategic operators such as ATM Mobilis, Ooredoo Algeria, and Algeria Telecom, translating their requirements into competitive technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical response for RFIs, RFQs and RFPs throughout the sales cycle.
• Design and position Ericsson transport solutions, including MINI‑LINK, Router 6000 and RAN Connect.
• Prepare high‑level solution designs, dimensioning, BoQs and technical proposals.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Pricing, Supply, Product Management and R&D to ensure end‑to‑end solution delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote innovative transport technologies for 5G networks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture or telecom network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson MINI‑LINK, Router 6000 and RAN Connect portfolios.
• Good understanding of microwave, IP and transport network technologies.
• Experience supporting customer tenders and RFP responses.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.
