About the role
This position is for an Optical Sales Associate who will work on the shop floor of an optical boutique in Didouche Mourad, Algiers. The role focuses on greeting customers, advising them on eyewear solutions, and driving sales of frames, lenses and related accessories.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers entering the store.
- Present, demonstrate and sell optical frames, lenses and accessories.
- Guide clients through the selection process to match their visual needs and style preferences.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑presented sales area and ensure product displays are attractive.
- Provide accurate information about product features, warranties and after‑sales services.
Required profile
- Previous experience (1‑5 years) in the optical sector.
- Residence in Didouche Mourad or nearby neighborhoods.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑oriented attitude and professional appearance.
- Dynamic, serious and able to represent the brand positively.
Required skills
- Knowledge of optical frames, lenses and accessories.
