Video Content Creator

About the role

Foorweb is looking for a creative, confident Video Content Creator who can speak clearly on camera and turn ideas into engaging videos. You will help introduce the platform, explain its features and create educational and promotional content that connects with the audience. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who gives content direction, objectives, briefs and task sheets.

Key responsibilities

• Create video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other relevant channels.
• Present confidently on camera with clear speech, natural delivery and appropriate energy.
• Communicate fluently in Algerian Darija and explain concepts simply.
• Follow content briefs and task sheets, research topics and organize talking points before filming.
• Help write and refine scripts, hooks and calls to action, and suggest new content ideas.
• Learn the Foorweb platform well enough to explain its features accurately.
• Record tutorials, product demos, feature announcements, educational and promotional videos.
• Coordinate with the videographer and video editor, review videos for quality and accuracy, meet deadlines and apply feedback.

Required profile

• Regular on-site attendance for preparation, filming and team coordination.
• Fluency in Algerian Darija; basic understanding of marketing concepts such as target audiences, hooks and value propositions.
• Adaptability to educational, promotional and engagement-focused content, and creativity.
• Strong organization, reliability, respect for deadlines and willingness to learn about Foorweb, e-commerce and online merchants.

Nice to have

• Previous experience creating videos for a personal account or a brand.
• Basic knowledge of filming, lighting and audio recording.
• Basic editing skills with CapCut or similar tools.
• Interest in e-commerce, technology and AI.
• Understanding of French and common English marketing and technology terms.
