Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions, providing assistance through chat, email and phone while delivering a friendly and solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Guide users step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
