Zone Technician

About the role

As a Zone Technician reporting to the Planned Maintenance Team Leader, you will ensure the safe and timely execution of all planned maintenance activities within your designated area. You will work closely with operators to uphold Heineken’s high standards for safety, food safety, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all planned (preventive) maintenance tasks in accordance with Heineken’s safety and sustainability guidelines.
• Lead CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening) activities and support operator training in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and CILT.
• Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and ensure appropriate follow‑up actions.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards throughout maintenance work.

Required profile

• University degree in Electricity or Electrotechnics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably with exposure to beverage workshop maintenance.
• Good command of French.
