About the role
The company is looking for a proactive Sales Agent to promote travel services and manage client bookings. The role requires strong computer skills and a commercial mindset to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Use reservation platforms to process and confirm travel bookings.
- Communicate with clients via email and social media to answer inquiries and present offers.
- Apply sales and negotiation techniques to sell travel packages.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Word and Excel.
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout the travel planning process.
Required profile
- Good mastery of computer tools such as Word, Excel, email and social networks.
- Proficiency with reservation platforms.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convince customers.
- Dynamic, organized and a commercial spirit.
